 Exchange:

• You have 7 days to exchange your item after you receive your order.
• The jewelry must be returned to us in perfect condition and with the original packaging.
• No exchanges for jewelry on sale or damaged items (please refer to our Warranty for more details).
• You will receive a credit for the original amount paid.

 

• Byanabrazilianjewelry.com does not offer returns. Exchange only.

Custom Orders:

• Customized or personalized jewelry pieces are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
