Provide Details: Provide details about the item you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange. Include your order number and any relevant information.

Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide instructions on how to return the item. Ensure that the jewelry is unworn, in perfect condition, and includes the original packaging or carrier packaging.

Return the Item: Send the item back to us as instructed. The item must be returned in its original condition.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item arrives safely.

Receive Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue store credit for the original amount paid. You can use this credit to place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

Please note that exchanges are not available for items on sale or damaged items. Ensure that your return is completed within 7 days to be eligible for an exchange.
